"My husband & I recently moved here from out of state. We absolutely love Megan our property manager! She is fabulous & excellent with helping you with all your needs!! Definitely take the time to check out the complex & ask for her. She is absolutely the most amazing human. She is wonderful at communicating to go over, understanding above & beyond to help tenets achieve happiness! Brittany is the biggest sweetheart as well waiting later than she normally works in order to accommodate us coming from out of town. We love the whole crew!! Cameron was amazing for our maintenance crew viewing all the information to fix all our needs as well!"

"I recently just moved here and I have had nothing but an amazing experience. The staff has been very friendly and helpful throughout this process of touring, signing the lease, and moving into my unit. I was able to walk through different units for a self-paced tour and ask questions when returning to the front desk as needed. When I walked through my new unit to assess for any current damage, I noticed some things that needed maintenance work. I told the leasing office and they were able to help send in a maintenance request. Everything was finished within 24 hours, completely opposite of my previous apartment complex of residency since my previous complex would take about 2-3 days minimum before being addressed. So far I am beyond happy to be living here and have had no major issues whatsoever. Shout out to Brittany for being so responsive throughout the moving process, to all emails, and knowledgeable about practically everything about the complex. She is super sweet and prioritizes the residents to ensure we are all happy while living here and resolving any issues we may encounter promptly. I will make an update post after living here for a few months."

"My boyfriend and I would like to shout out the Leasing office staff and the maintenance crew!!! We have been living here for 5 months. When we first moved in, some things needed to be addressed. Megan who is the manager listened and immediately made sure things were taken care of. She has been wonderful! Maintenance was on top of getting things done. Brittany and Irene who also work in the leasing are wonderful. All three of them make sure things get done, and they take the time to listen to residents. This has been one of the best management teams that we have dealt with. They really seem to care about their residents and what you have to say. This community is well kept and quiet. Enclave at Arrowhead is in a great location. We love living here!!!"

"I have lived at Enclave at Arrowhead for 5+ years. Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from. I have had only positive experiences with both the management and maintenance teams. Megan, the property manager, always provides excellent customer service---always going the extra mile to make sure that my issue is resolved or my question answered. I thoroughly enjoy living in my apartment: it is a bastion of peace and tranquility. I highly recommend living at Enclave at Arrowhead: It's a great place to live at an affordable price."
