"I’d first off like to say, I’ve had a very hard time with the communication from the ladies I was working with for my move in date. I was promised move in for Friday, then Saturday, then not til Tuesday, then once again til Wednesday. I paid for FOUR days of rent for an apartment I was not permitted to move into. I had 2 ladies help me out by the name of Pamela and Michelle. Promises were made that were not kept and money was taken out of my pocket for a place I wasn’t even allowed to STEP FOOT INTO! They lack communication, proper customer service and professionalism! If I knew this is what I would’ve had to deal with I would’ve never signed the lease!"

"First of all I would give this place a ZERO STAR. Claudia is by far the most unprofessional manager or whatever she is there. My husband now has $900 collections bill on his credit because of their scam schemes they’ve got going on there. Stay away from here people they will ruined your hard working credit you’ve built. We lived here 3 years and just moved out a few months ago.CLAUDIA wanted us to pay $900 for the WEAR & TEAR on the apartment. $500 for floor vinyl even after we put an order for them to fix months before moving out they never CAME to FIXED. But lied and and sent email that did. &200 for the paint for the walls and so on. This place is horrible save the headache and stay away from this place they honestly don’t care they barely know how answer the calls or help if anything. Also the AC VENT was always leaking for a good month during the summer they never came. ROACH INFESTATION,CAR THEFT TOO.HOMELESS PEOPLE in the back. Your choice people hope this helps. You will see the cops there every month."

"NO OVERNIGHT VISIT FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO HAVE CARS. Phoenix City Code 36-144 states $105 fee, $12/ day storage. This is posted on the property, yet Maverick is overcharging. Charging $155 first thing in the morning to get your car back is a violation. You can report them to the police, which I have verified. PCC civil code 36-144 is very clear. The property manager doesn't have a clue, and it shows. They should be embarrassed hiring Maverick (their website doesn't work, and they're not even rated by the BBB) to tow cars on their property and okay with their residents being overcharged by $50.00. The policy should be 1 car per lease (included in rental price) and a fee for 1 additional car. Vistitor tags and parking hours are not available. Update Twice, I've gone into the office and was not acknowledged until I started walking around and taking pictures of the equal housing sign. All one has to do is say, "Someone will be with you in a moment," but no, just sitting at the desk enjoying a personal conversation. Do better!"
