"Terrible Customer Service, Retaliation & Poor upkeep of the property, payment options, Homeless ppl: Current Management (Property Manager: Hector Soto) & (Leasing Consultant: Alondra) is the worst I've dealt with and that's given this property has changed owners 4 time within the last 6 months, it’s unreal how they operate, Corp should really reevaluate who reflects their company. I have multiple or should I say we (Current Tenants) have had this same issue on one level or another, paying rent is always a hassle no one is ever in the office or, so I've been told by Alondra before that they have her back and forth between proprieties this was the excuses given which is ridiculous. I have photo time stamps for not only myself trying to pay rent and the return clock on door states one time and having to wait over 2 hours till someone returns to make sure rent isn't late because the lack of staff not on the property. It's to the point they will show up right before closing and there is a line of ppl trying to get BAL or Pay Rent and have been told (This month which was on a Friday, and we know weekends property is closed) I'll be in on Saturday for a few hours to process payments due to the lack of management doing their job. (Hector Soto) very poor management, I see I had a balance after paying my rent which I shouldn't have and then to get breakdown and better understanding (Hector) procced to tell me I have a balance for me being Month to Month,(Hector) states it's a fee for Month to Month, Which notice was not given mind you I've paid 5 months prior without fee (Hector states he said sent it to an email for the original owners (West Over Pac) back in 2020, Not only did I go out my way to get back into an email account I haven't use since 2021 just to see if a notice was truly sent was not. (See Photos) this is just a small piece of what I’ve experienced, I can imagen the other tenants. Retaliation: I had asked (Hector) how many days’ notices do I have to give she states 30 days since I’m (Month to Month) then he said good to know I noted that. I applied at another property and received a call stating the rental verification was from Sol District with my original contract with (West Over Pac) from 2020, which initially stating I no longer reside at the property. Ultimately this would cause me to not get approved because own personal grudge. This is very hard and sad for me since I’ve been at this property on and off since 2009 & my eldest (Now 18) was 2 years old."

"if I could give this complex 0 stars I would . Terrible management . They never pick up the phone , they are never in the office . They don’t reply to my emails . I just moved in a week ago and they didn’t have the apartment I had initially signed for ready . So I had to move to another one while they have the actual one “ ready” i have received no updates about it since . I currently have all of my stuff just sitting there not knowing when I would get my actual apartment in order to unpack and settle ."

"This new company that bought out Westover Parc is awful! Rent goes up every month, Front office doesn't know why and they give you a number to call. Once you call that number they place you on hold for over an hour and hang up. Office never answers calls neither, You have to go in person for whatever you need which is pointless because they're no help. To get maintenance help it takes over a month and that's if they get to you. Overall Sol District is a no no, I recommend you keep looking. I wish no stars was an option, I guess one will do and that's being generous."

"Ive been asking for a key for fitness center & pool for last 3 months & keep getting the run around. The gate is always broken n left open so homeless rome thru complex often. Office is always closed & the phone is never answered. My car has gotten broken into twice and ive only been here for 3 month."

"Most of these comments that are negative must have been under the previous management. I been here for a little over a month and I love it. The guy Quentin at the front office is cool as hell and always takes care of any issues or concerns right away. The place is gated has cameras and it’s pretty clean. Also, the pool and gym are almost always empty every time I go so it’s almost like having a personal gym to yourself. Plus they have low cost affordable garages on site if you have a car or run a small business it’s perfect. No complaints from me"
