"I've lived here 12yrs. Overall is a very quiet community. We do not have issues typically. The Internet options are limited. Cox and CenturyLink. Cox is over priced and CL service sucks. Worst part is CL ran fiber service in from of the complex just to supply the neighborhood across the street. No plans to upgrade as bad as it's needed. Recently they did some upgrades to the units but it's nothing to write home about. Management seems ok but you can tell they appear to be figuring it out as they go which is a concern for those of us here now."

"This is going to be an insanely honest review and I hope people see this before moving in. The new lady at the front office Mayra never answers the phone. Makes appointments and misses them. She's rude. Not only to us but other residents have said the same. Chyanne(the person before her) was the sweetest lady I had ever had in any apartments I've ever lived/visited. Maintenance is atrocious. He barely speaks English and always puts bandages, makeshift fixes on things that break sometimes a week later and then you have to submit another ticket and and wait a week for them to even fix it. Appliances break often and instead of replacing them he replaces parts and the parts he replaced doesn't even work. It's the WORSE maintenance I've ever seen and if it rains outside sometimes it rains inside. They've fixed the same leak in the roof multiple times(from the outside) only for it to rain again and it still leaks. Trying to sleep while getting rained on. The window seals leak as well. This place has upped its rent and refuses to replace appliances. It's under new management and so everything is about making it look pretty on the surface. There is bugs coming from within the walls of the new light fixtures. It's literally catching bugs. They spray but it doesnt work. Don't be fooled be the new sidewalks and paved streets.. not even the pretty lights. As soon and you sign the lease you'll realize they don't fix anything here. So yeah Mayra is all smiles and welcoming until you you realize how much is actually broken. Stop being cheap and hire another maintenance man. I once watched him clean the pool for 4 hours. Replace broken appliances if you have to constantly replace parts its obvious old and replacing parts no longer works. If I could give 0 stars I would."
