"This apartment complex is terrible. I have lived here for a year now and have contacted them about the internet multiple times. My wife works from home and needs proper internet and we have expressed this problem to them and still no fix to the issue. 2 Mbps is despicable. Can't wait to leave this place. DO NOT LIVE HERE, THE APARTMENTS NEXT TO IT CALLED AMIYA IS A LOT BETTER."

"The internet is abysmal. I work from home and it's been such an awful experience solely because the internet here is horrendous, compared to all the other amenities. I could do without the community amenities provided EASILY if they just had proper internet. I am sure they are aware of this, it has been years of this, I have found from speaking to other residents. If I had originally known, I would have understood why the pricing was what it was and I would have not chosen to live here. They really need to upgrade the internet, it's worse than if you were in a public library, which unfortunately I have had to use and can confirm."

"Run away from this complex!! As a previous tenant, I advise anyone not to stay at this place due to many reasons: 1- Rats everywhere. 2- Rude front office staff and a useless accountant. 3- It's not a gated community as written in their website. 4- Slow maintenance. 5- Old furniture and appliances are always down. 6- The pool has been shut down for the past 4 months. 7- Gun shootings occurred couple of times. 8- They will charge you cleaning fees for pets even if you don't have them. 9- They will charge you late or returned check fees even if you didnt have one. 10- The manager doesn't have the guts to answer your call or reply back to your emails."

"The start was great due to the quiet neighborhood, nice staff, & comfortable apartments. But recently things have been turning uncomfortable with the loud cars speeding through the complex with loud music, bad internet, and roof rats. The other reviews that say they haven’t seen any rats probably don’t walk around the complex or dont pay attention to their surroundings cause we have seen them on multiple occasions and even got photos (see below, yes one is dead) Seems the value of this place declined but the rent remains high. Id look elsewhere for what theyre asking"
