"The assistant doesn’t know how to draw blood. An she blames it on their patients being nervous or because they didn’t drink water. She did it to me an my mom, we went on different dates and she told us the same thing. They need to hire someone with skills to this job. I can’t believe it. My arm turned purple because she didn’t know how to to her job."

"This office doesn’t care about their patients. I got a referral for a pulmonary doctor when my child needed an allergist. It took me several calls to even get a referral that was supposed have been done the day of the visit. After more then 3 weeks the referral was sent, I called to schedule that appointment and was told that the referral doesn’t work for them because they don’t treat allergies. I called the office once again to be told, “will see what the doctor can do.” So I call corporate and spoke with Drew and seemed helpful and understanding, he call the doctor and she explained that my daughter was referred to a pulmonologist because there’s no allergist for a 3 year old that can perform an allergy test!! There’s allergist that do attend to all ages! Drew from corporate called me back and stated the doctor was going to call me back within an hour. It’s the next day and no one has called and he even said he was calling me back to see if the doctor had called also no call from him either. The bedside manner of these so called professionals is questionable. I don’t trust them and I wouldn’t take my child or anyone in the family to any of their offices. Be aware they are careless and neglectful. They don’t care about their patients. Still waiting after a whole month of them doing absolutely nothing!! Stay away!"

"Very small waiting area, no little tables for kids to play at, but i guess with COVID, is better this way. We didn't wait long for our 8:30 appointment. We arrived at 8:15."
