"For all the home owners renting out there house beware stay away they don't pay you in full. Signed a contract to rent my house for 2,300 and they where suppose to charge a $100 but till this day haven't received full payment. No receipts"

"Do not rent from this company. I am a current tenant. I moved in two months ago and submitted a list of discrepancies that need to be fixed two weeks after moving in. I’ve been waiting on them to fix the two bathrooms that don’t work, there’s no hot water in my bath tub, there’s a sewage leak over the stove, the master closet rods do not stay attached, and I have exterior doors without locks. This is just a small amount of what needs to be done. They advised us that all of these would be fixed with in 30 days of moving in. They sent a repairman to fix one of the toilets and a couple other plumbing issues but they don’t want to pay him so he’s not able to finish. This company does not care about tenants they only care about making money."

"I rented a home from this company for 10 years, never would they answer maintenance calls, so I began to fix things myself as I were the homeowner. It was OK in the beginning then after several years of doing this major issues back fence to the lake is all rusted out major water leak in the yard for over three years cause my water bill to go from $70 to over $100, lots of little things started to go out I demanded things be fixed and withheld rent. I got the owners attention he fixed a couple small things, Now I was late on rent, so he served me with eviction papers. I also decided to claim my back rent in my bankruptcy the owner ignore this and was in violation of automatic stay I am taking him to court as we speak on this. Look into this company thoroughly I believe besides my case, there may be other cases where the law has been broken. any good reviews, the owner goes to the person and ask them to place a good review for him he did that with me at a time when we were on good terms. This guy is about as bad as they come!"

"Why isn't 0 stars an option. We lived in the home just over 2 yrs. We spent 500 dollars to acid wash the pool because Rapido couldn't get the pool pump fixed so it literally had tadpoles in it. We had 4 months of 300 dollar water bills because they never fixed a leak in the sprinkler system. The upstairs bedroom would flood every time it rained and the owners knew so we didn't file a claim. They charged us for filters when we moved out and we not only changed them but also left several extras and changed all the batteries in the smoke detectors. They charged for cleaning when we had it professionally cleaned and during the walk thru the employee said it looked great and no issues to report. They charged for nail holes and touch up paint when we filled any nail holes we made and did touch up paint when not required as it's normal wear and tear. I used the same nail holes left from the owners and only hung 5 things. They charged for removal of " trash" when the owners left broken chairs and other items in the backyard that we never touched. They raised the rent without a signed lease agreement as our original agreement said month to month at the same terms. Absolute crooks who never once came out to the property. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HOME....THEY DONT CARE ABOUT IT. THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! Prepare to go to court if you want your deposit back. Like us...take photos and video at walk through and end of lease. They weren't even present at walk through. The owners were and pointed out all the "damage" we were charged for. We have that on video too thankfully. SANDY IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGER IVE EVER DEALT WITH!"
