Reviews of Greenwood Apartments
"I really enjoy living here. Very quiet and safe community. Maintenance is on top of it and rarely has anything broken down since I’ve been here. My only complaint is the washer and dryers are consistently out of order. One of them has still not been fixed and it’s been 6 months. Aside from that though I would recommend living here."
"Lived here for a year without any major issues. Management and Maintenance were always social and helpful. Property was always kept nice. However, my only issues with the place was the single pane back "WALL" window of the apartment causing high power bills from battling the AC 24/7. Another issue is the walls may be brick but they are paper thin. You can hear every word spoken, TV program running, etc. Other than that no real complaints."
"I love living here. Place is nice and quiet, well maintained, never had an issue. The only thing that's a downside is parking really. I work at a car dealership and would love to buy some of the stuff in back that come in as trades and stuff but I have nowhere to keep even one extra vehicle. Everything else is pretty good."
"I lived here from Nov 2015-July 2016 (technically left the last day in June, but paid rent until August). I would still live there, but I had medical problems, and was in the hospital for 4 months. I paid for a bit while I was gone, because I was hoping that the medical stuff would be resolved quick. Without any income, I had no money to keep paying. I loved it here. Yes, the apartments are older, but I thought everything was well kept up, and like they cared. Rudy, their awesome maintenance guy, was always out doing things. When my AC went out late in the day, I texted Brian, and someone was there in an hour to fix it. The air filters were checked and changed on a very regular basis. The neighbors are nice, working people, and the complex was very peaceful. I also never had any bugs, like other complexes seem to have problems with. My car was stolen one night (thankfully it was recovered a few days later), but I can't blame that on Greenwood. People do bad things, and my car eing stolen is solely on the people who did it. Now, I have a bar on my steering wheel. They do have someone who patrols the parking lots at night, but with a few lots (none of which are visible from the others), I can't expect one person to see everything. It sucked, but things happen. I have recommended this place to many people, because I loved it that much. Now that my health problems are finally behind me, I am looking to rent again (I am staying with family, because I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have to break a lease again), I really wish that I could rent here again (I have not applied, because breaking a lease, even though it was for medical reasons, looks really crappy on me)."
"Lived there for over a year. I had my vehicle broken into twice and vandalized on 3 separate ocasions. When manager was notified, basically said someone with a personal issue with me did it. Signage states area is under video surveillance. NOT TRUE ABSOLUTELY NO CAMERAS ON SITE!!!! Also water line broke and our water was shut off and on for 4 days with no notice. Caught manager eve's dropping on our conversation inside apartment 6" from our door. Place has alot of trees, but otherwise is really run down and basically a dump."
