Country Aire Apartments

"Just moved out of these apartments after almost considering a 3rd year of re - leasing. The first year here was great, no complaints. It was nice and quiet. Very relaxing & always happy to come home. Our second year in it started to get a little loud but, not to the point where I had to complain. But, when we were going to lease for this year it was a big no for me. Our upstairs neighbors were pretty inconsiderate at times. The walls & ceiling are a whole lot thinner then one would like. Heavy footsteps & running sounds like loud pounding. At night time one can hear and feel vibrations from their alarm the goes on for about 2 hrs straight. A couple of time we would wake up thinking it was our phones. But, the most distressing issue was our new next door neighbor. They play the drums, piano & sing. I have a 4month old baby. How inconsiderate, we brought it to their attention and the person who leased us the apartment but, they clearly have no manners nor do they care for others concerns. They're apartments damnit! If you want peace and quiet from the comfort of your own home do not expect it from these apartments. They used to be nice and quiet but, not now. I lived in apt 21, enjoy the off paced drumming and inconsiderate upstair neighbors. Also if you enjoy the smell of weed, you're all set. The best part is the unassigned parking.. you get to park really far away from your apartment. Wash during the week, and take pictures of every apartment imperfection or it will come out of your deposit. When I say imperfections I mean it."

"Horrible place to live! Very very rude management! Me and my husband moved in here about 6 months ago, we were told the apartment we we're going to be in was being "remodeled" when we came in to sign the lease so Janet couldn't take us in it so we can see it first. We were told it was going to have new carpet, flooring in the kitchen, new fixtures, new dishwasher/oven. When we moved in the carpet smelled like dog pee (she told us to air it out and use air fresheners), there was a big square cut out in our daughters room, and the oven is old! The lady who lived cati-corner to us told us that the 4 apartments in our unit had bed bugs a few months ago, which we were mever aware of. But we really had no problems other then that until about 2 months ago. Now maintenance never comes to fix anything! Our shower is caving in and leaks into the apartment under us if you take a bath. The door to our daughters room fell off and wasn't fixed for almost a month. The front door has two holes in it where bugs were getting in and Brian didn't want to give us a new door so they just put a new weather strip on and now our door doesn't close right and is hard to lock. A few months ago our fridge went out & it took almost 2 weeks to get a new one because Brian wouldn't order it the first time he came to look at it (he told me to put my freezer food in an ice chest filled with ice and turn the fridge off until the next day). We have to call maintenance about every 2 weeks for something which is horrible. And there is never any parking because she doesn't assign parking spots, visitors are ALWAYS under covered parking, and there are vehicles that are not operable, but she says there is nothing she can do about it, when in the lease it says ALL cars must be operable. She just doesn't want to do her job. There are ALOT nicer places to live in Goodyear, I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I didn't have to!"

"this is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in recently it was good at the beginning but we've lived here 5 almost 6 months and maintenance you text and they say well put you in the que but never show me and my wife have fixed more than they have also no assigned parking and people hold their vehicles in spots so they won't loose the good ones visitors will come and park in covered parking we told the manager about this countless times and all we get is I can't do anything about that?!?!? What kind of apartment manager can't stop people from parking in covered parking that we pay for! I would advise you not to rent here"

"Me and my roommate have lived here for 10 months and have liked it. The new management is very nice but are a little bit controlling. Besides that i love living here we have been getting lots of upgrades to the complex and lots of nice neighbors. The other thing i am worried about is renewing my lease, based on recent reviews it sounds like there will be problems with it so i pray it goes smoothly in august otherwise this review will go way down."

"This is such an amazing place to live, we have very wonderful landlords that do their best to make your stay happy. Ever since we meet them we knew we were going to love it here. Such sweet landlords that they have tried to help us so much like we wanted a dog but she was going be a big bread and she worked out something for us so we could get our dog. This has been my first time renting and it was the best experience. When someone vandalized our car she did her best to fix the situation lucky those people left. Janet has done her very best she has fixed up these apartments and made very wonderful place to live. My advise to future residents don't let bad review scare you off, because it didn't scare me and i love living here i have made wonderful friends here. If you have dogs there going love it here theirs a dog park and there going have lots of friends as well. I could go on forever like if something is not working they fix it right away doesn't matter the time, they have an amazing people who come and fix it super fast. I love living here and best landlords i have ever meet the sweetest persons."
