"First of all if you are thinking of moving in to this establishment, avoid it at all cost. The good reviews on Google is most probably due to the fact that they are giving out vouchers for reviews. It’s been a month since moving in but there’s countless of problems arising and maintenance team are totally not effective: 1. Garage door broke down, raised a request and nothing was done for weeks but instead our service request got cancelled and I have got to purchase the tools and fix it on my own. (They only reach out to us about it when my wife posted the 1 star review on google about this matter.) 2. Floor is popping out , holes in the walls, scratches everywhere, super dirty to begin with. 3. Cabinets are not done properly giving insects a home to live. 4. Door bell isn’t working and we raise a service request for it the maintenance guy came and told us he did not know how to fix it and will ask his supervisor to take a look the next day but when he left, the request was marked as completed and no one came down the next day until we raise another request on the same issue. 5. Molds are growing in the bathroom due to the fact that the drainage isn’t working it took 5h for all the water to drain off after bath. Raise a service request , the guy came down and did nothing and said that he will take a look at it the next day and when it was the next day he didn’t came at the appointed time and we had to call the office to make him come down to take a look. And guess what, he told us that it isn’t mold but he didn’t know what it is , he just took a cloth to clean the mold up and went back without solving the drainage problem. (This is still pending, slow drainage causing water stalling issue which is causing mold which the guy claims that it isn’t.) I have kids and mold will be harmful in the long run for them to breathe in and all they did was wiping it off with a cloth and nothing else stating that it is not mold. 6. Maintenance guy had been coming in doing nothing and marking things as completed when nothing was solved, usually we will request them to call before coming but no calls, nothing, sometimes the maintenance guy wouldn’t even come but mark things as completed. 7. Workmanship is poorly done 8. Construction at 5am could be heard."

Edited: -Most of the good reviews is here because vouchers are given when one is posted. - door bell is not working when we were here and it took them weeks to fix it. (I was even told that it is supposed to be like this). - when service request is raised, no actions are done and request will be marked as cancelled. - garage door stopped working within 3 weeks of move in. - the vinyl are not properly fixed , some are popping out and some had bubbles in it. - connectivity is very bad and most of the smart technologies doesn't work most of the time. - super unsafe as my remote to garage door could open and close the neighbour's garage door as well. Will not be extending or will not recommend this place."

"Absolute Nightmare, our family was one of the first families to move into this Development which happened to be the very first home of the neighborhood. It started with a shower leaking from shower door, after multiple attempts they didn’t have a fix but what they did do was start making the set up different as they continued to build. So we settled and just rotated having a towel down along with bath mat. Then the towel handle falls off. Followed by a door coming off the hinges, then we noticed our island had a piece of wood visible from the living room. Come to find out the whole thing was actually uneven. Which caused the dishwasher installed under it to not sit properly and stopped working about 5 times (As per maintenance) He stated the only way to fix it was to rip out the whole island and he knew they weren’t going to fix it. Lets get to the major stuff how about the HVAC unit breaks down in the hottest months of the summer it was 99 degrees in my home for over a month. We were put in a hotel for two days while waiting for the final days of repair. The hotel wasn’t worth even a quarter of what we pay for the month. We were put in a dirty room and yes I have small children. After many calls to corporate we finally was approved a transfer. We moved to the next town home and that’s when it started. Our front door wouldn’t close/wouldn’t lock unless you pushed it a certain way. Dishwasher stopped working days after that, door knobs. Etc etc Now let’s get into the issue at hand I pay almost $3000 in rent and I have not had a working shower in my master bedroom since nov, so 6 of us share 1 shower. Then the hole that’s been in my ceiling since dec, the hole in my bed room wall (because they still couldn’t figure out why the shower is leaking into my living room) the cement exposed shower, because they broke all the tile twice with the glass doors sitting unsecured in my closet. Brand new community, very rushed, management really doesn’t care about the residents, can’t reach corporate even if it was possible I doubt they would do anything. Oh yea my dog was killed in the complex and my window was busted out of my car while sitting in the drive way. One vendor in particular very rude, super unprofessional. These are the people I have to allow in my home yea my shower is still just cemented. I have way more pics and videos"
