"This is a great community. Very clean, safe and well kept. The staff is friendly and professional.I moved here from Texas so it was a sight unseen situation. I arrived to sign my lease, and the pictures of the apartments online was exactly what I got. They don’t advertise the model and rent you something else. You get exactly what it shows on the website. I am very pleased with this community, and you will be as well."

"This might be long, but if you want an honest review from someone who has been here for a while now here it is. Me and my fiancé was the first to move in into these apartments. It used to be owned by a company, and the apartments were called Cabana Encanto. Honestly I loved it, the staff was super nice, I made friends with them and actually enjoyed going to the events they were hosting, I still had some issues with the layout but it was fun. Recently these apartments were bought out by a new company and the apartments are called sunset view. I now only have issue after issue. It started with them keep sending notices that they are gonna enter my apartment, so I get everything ready, I lock my dogs up for a whole day and for them to tell us whoops we didn't need to come inside, okay cool so my dogs were locked up all day for nothing (that happened three times), to later when we needed to ask one of the workers a question she was completely gaslighting my fiancé and trying to tell us we were wrong, so we had to go back and ask the head lady and she was able to answer our question. To them making surprise charges because they forgot to charge tax or something, idk. The last straw I had is why I decided to write this review was because, my fiancé and I went on a trip and came back and unloaded our car, we did forget to move our car into the gate, that was our bad, but they didn't put a paper on our car no, they put a sticker on our window telling us our car will be towed. We tried our best to take the sticker off but it was not coming off, there is still sticky residue on the windshield that we will have to buy something to try to get off. This company is also not the reason why its irritating living here, its the people. Don't get me wrong, I love some of my neighbors to death and they are great people, but there also are some not so good people here. They recently built a dog park which was exciting, but no one picks up their poop so its kinda iffy. I notice people throwing their mail on the floor, people in the pool at 1 am screaming, someone put one of their towing stickers on my bike, and worst of all, door dings. We have a nice car that is getting so many scruffs, I have been to community college and got less door dings there, and I thought that was impossible, but nope here we are with so many damages to our car. I can keep going on to be honest, especially with how our apartment, like how the table tops stain so easily because the finish on it isn't good at all, our door nob is peeling, our toilet holders wont stop coming off. I just hope in the future I can change this review to something positive but for right now I am honestly not happy with how things are ran."

"The customer service here has been horrible. I moved in over a month ago with the understanding that all of the appliances would be installed upon move in. I’m still waiting on a washer and dryer in my unit after constantly following up almost daily with the main office, only to be told that they are waiting for a third party vendor to get back to them to setup an install date. Initial install was set to be on the 19th of January, in which no one came by. I am now spending money weekly on a laundromat without any resolve. Still don’t have an install date and still getting the runaround from everyone working at the office. Stating someone would call me back, email this email address, call this number, and to still not have any communication and to be the one constantly having to contact the office is very unprofessional. It shows a lack of care and respect for tenants that were moving in with false promise. If I didn’t sign a lease I would move out on this treatment alone."

"We’ve lived here for 6 months and have had only good experiences. Staff are very kind and quick to respond to any needs. Our favorite part is how conveniently located the apartments are. Close enough to the things we need yet just enough out of the way of the busy noises of town. 10/10."
