"This place is so awful that I can't wait to move out! The front office employees will hide in the show model homes only because they are afraid to talk to the people who live here from all the other problems that they don't want to do anything about they should all be ashamed of themselves I spend good money to live here and they just don't care.. stay anywhere else besides here !"
"Do not live here if you are looking for a gated community! They might as well completely remove the gates at this point. They have been broken for months, and then once they get fixed, it only lasts for a week or so and then it goes another few months until the gates are fixed again. Especially the front gates. On top of that, the back gate panel that you would use your key fob or visitor barcode for, has never worked. You would think they would keep up with these things for how expensive it is to live here. Speaking of living costs, you can expect a minimum of a $400 price jump from the base rent, to the amount of rent you’ll actually pay monthly. Lastly, if you’re ever trying to get ahold of anyone in the office, don’t count on it because it’s a lost cause."
"The location itself and the apartments are very nice. Where I have the issue is with the staff and their ability to be responsible for anything. To begin with, any time you call, traditionally you get the answering service. Don't expect a call back. I'm still waiting on messages to be returned from 4 months ago. The last pleasant person who worked in the office left and all that was left were inconsiderate employees who can't be bothered with assisting you and heaven forbid you do need help, they are no where to be found. We moved apartments and the short period we lived in the second unit, they couldn't set up our security systems and told me to contact the provider. Moved in and internet wasn't working. Need it for my job Prior tenant changed the password and couldn't reset. Called looking for assistance and again stated I need to contact the provider. They asked me for our insurance information even know we had already provided it. The final straw is I received a collection notice today stating I still owed $3000. When I called, they stated I never provided a security deposit, which was incorrect. I gave them a $4,300 cashiers check for the security deposit. They claimed they have no record of that. Now I have to search my house for it or go to the bank and get a copy of it. I asked why was this the first I was hearing of these overdue fines and outstanding amounts that I don't owe (I left early so I assumed they would use my security deposit for the penalty, which they confirmed that would occur when I moved out). Now they are telling me they have no record of the $4,300 cashiers check I gave them as a deposit, turned over to collections even though they sent no prior warning or notice via their portal, email or USPS and now I have to prove that they got the check from me, even though the onus lies with them and because of their piss poor accounting functions, I have to take time out of my busy schedule to hunt down this check for an apartment we moved out of in the beginning of august. Unless they get new ownership or leadership who understands the definition of customer service, avoid this place."
"This property is in a beautiful neighborhood and location. The staff has been mostly pleasant and friendly. I will note, maintenance does have opportunities. From when I moved in my unit was not properly cleaned, or painted. I had to monitor the person and he still didn’t do the job correctly. I was told that both the cleaner and maintenance person were terminated.(which was none of my business) The property is neglected towards the back and residents need to constantly complain. There is constant trash, debris, and lack of gardening. The property does offer mobile applications for community interactions but the community management does not keep up to date. The pool displayed on the website is not what the pool looks like as it’s built up with grime, stains, and algae. The gates don’t operate properly and the back gate has been out for months. The property has rodent issues and it takes weeks even months to address the problems. The major issue with the community is the lack of communication. And, corporate does not respond when requested."
"My first few months of living here was great. Loved the staff. This place has gone through multiple owners, in the two years that I've lived here. I moved out in April and if it wasn't for them getting audited I wouldn't have received anything back from them. There was a huge lack of communication. Only time I was able to get ahold of them, was if I went into the office. When that happened, they were very disrespectful. I highly wouldn't recommend moving to this property."
