I appreciate that she is knowledgeable about the industry as a whole and understands the details within agreements including lending practices. She is also able to discern third-party intentions and technical nuances. "I wanted to leave positive feedback on our realtor Andrea Chavez: Andrea helped us buy our first home at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022. She made the entire process exciting for us during what could have easily been an overwhelming time. Andrea did an awesome job condensing confusing information and making sure we understood every step of the home buying process to the best of her ability. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable in her role as a realtor; which gave my husband and I great confidence in home buying. A little over a year later, we received news we were moving overseas. Andrea made the selling process as convenient as the buying process. She has consistently gone above and beyond for us. She always has an answer to our questions, and if not she finds one. Andrea is reliable; she calls when she says she will, shows up at the time she says she will, and is always a joy to speak with. Her communication skills are impeccable and anyone would be lucky to have her as their realtor. I am happy to say she has become a friend to us and she will be dearly missed."

"Subpar performance from the female Realtor team and managing broker as well. I have been in Real Estate for years myself and should have known to check reviews before choosing a Realtor! It was unsatisfactory performance by both the list agent and buyer's agents "representing" us- all working at this agency. The broker told me their "fiduciary duties" are over now the deal is closed- in other words- they won't help us after they have made their money both as list agent and buyer's agent on a home we spent $470k on- has broken windows when seller agreed to repair/replace - as well as a myriad of other issues. Extremely dissatisfied!"

"Would never wish anyone would deal with One Realty or Laurie Wilson. It seemed like my agent as the buyer was doing all the work and she just sat back and collected her commission. Delay after delay and not ordering items on time and having to push or remind. Ill stick with Coldwell Banker for any and all my needs. Edit: Real Estate company commented that seller made all repairs. No repairs found during inspection were made, I had to pay for termite treatment myself prior to closing after inspector found termites. Also FHA appraiser had to come out 3 times as seller agent couldnt get contractor not verify themself that exposed wites were covered AND smoke detectors installed. They installed the same 10+ year old smoke detectors but apprasier didn't notice passed (thank goodness because as buyer I had to pay each time). Again, no repairs discovered were made. Rats in attic, refused treatment, termites, refused treatment. I didnt need to complain about these in initial post as I only hated the lack of communication from the seller agent herself"

"We dealt with One Realty through our buying realtor, as buyers. The selling realtor with One Realty left us hanging on many services that were told would be completed before close. The house was a total mess, we were told multiple times that it would be professional cleaned and it never was. The garage door didn’t work, we were also told it would be serviced before close, and it never was. Our biggest issue is that when things were said they would be done by, they never were. To be honest the house was genuinely messy, and in some cases, pretty gross. Our realtor did the best he could to get everything done for us, and it was the seller/selling realtor who we had a harder time with."
