"Unfortunately I am leaving a bad review I been with doctor tan over 5 years he is awesome love this doctor always good with my kids but unfortunately front office is bad and also very rude does not care for patients either for working mothers if you are late for like 10 mins they no show your appointment even if they are still open for another hour every time I go front office people are always talking about personal things specially the lady that checks you in she is very rude like she is always mad if she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there I have heard her a couple of times being so rude to patients and we are only there to get help that why we go to doctors unfortunately I will be talking to doctor tan or will be looking for another doctor"

"Couldn’t diagnose thrush on my baby. Insisted over 3 months that it was just milk residue. Did not prescribe any meds even after I explained I had thrush on my nipples and it clears with meds but the baby still has thrush. Had a severe case of thrush, super painful, lots of feeding and sleeping problems. Went to a new pediatrician who immediately diagnosed the baby with thrush and gave meds and it cleared in a few weeks. New pediatrician was shocked that this dr couldn’t diagnose thrush. Asked who the dr was and it was obvious Dr Tan is known in the pediatrician circle as incompetent. Don’t take your baby here."

"I was referred to Dr Tan by family and friends. Dr Tan was an amazing Dr for our child’s for the first 3 years. Unfortunately, for the last 2 years it has been extremely difficult to get any appointment with him. I work in the medical field myself, these ladies who work at this office are uncaring, rude and unprofessional. It is sad to see that other parents have experience the same as we have and how much things have changed. Our child hasn’t received proper healthcare from this pediatric office in years and waiting 3 years to get some kind of attention is too long and for those reasons I do not recommend establishing care. I can’t speak of Dr Tan because we haven’t been able to get an appointment but the last time we were there it was less than 10 minutes, in and out for a well/physical exam. Goodbye to this clinic, we are going to another pediatrician. No parent should wonder how their child’s entire health is and shouldn’t have to struggle to hop around looking for medical attention when needed."

"Dr Tan is a awesome doctor best doctor ever!! He was my doctor when I was a little girl and to my siblings, now I’m 27 and I take both my boys to him! Never Disappointed! I recommend him to my highschool friends that are having babies and they all tell me thank you for recommending him we loved him! Beat doctor ever !"

"I use to think Dr Tan was an amazing doctor and that we established a sold parent patient relationship, over the years he’s changed his staff has changed tremendously. I believe he’s also influenced by them (that’s my opinion)There was times when he would spend more time with you talk too you I referred family and friends here. Now he doesn’t spend no more than 10 minutes it’s very quick in & out I have my own personal reasons why I’m removing my children from his practice and I’m still very hurt with him there was zero communication with me this matter could have been resolved over a phone call. I will be filing a complaint with the board of medicine. If your looking for a compassionate genuine doctor that cares for your children unfortunately Dr.Tan wouldn’t be the right fit."
