"It is unfortunate, I think the doctors here are wonderful but they partnered with Arbor medical grp to answer the phones yet they never do, they are horrible. I feel that this place is going to lose many customers because they work with Arbor medical answering service. Please go back to answering your own phone."

"Been coming here for over 13years for all 5 of my boys besides paper being asked to fill out each time but no matter how long you been coming it don’t matter they still treat you like it’s you last visit..all I needed was something sent in for an ear infection that they sent him to a specialist for who referred me back to them. Now that i have no insurance they want me to pay for a whole visit plus what ever they bill me for.."

"So disappointed. We have taken all three of our kids here since they were born so over 15 years. Recently it has been impossible to get an appointment which is great for them. It means they’re growing. However, this morning trying to make and appointment I spent over an hour and a half waiting on hold being disconnected every 25 minutes due to “technical difficulties “. Then tried calling back and hit the Spanish extension line and was connected immediately through. Less than 2 minutes. We love Dr Arbel and Jennifer but we will be transferring all our care to a new provider. Since we can’t make appointments."

"I will start this Review on a positive note since Dr. Arbel and Jennifer Valentine are great providers and know what they are doing. The office staff unfortunately is not so well. I have tried to contact the office all day. Phones were placed on “out for lunch” until I tried again at 2:00pm. Not able to leave a voicemail. Finally got to someone, was placed on hold. Ended up sending me to voicemail. Called again instead of asking to be placed on hold reception told me please hold. Not good customer service. My son Angel has been with this practice since he was a new born. He is now 9. I’m understanding when it comes to situations since I have worked at a medical facility but all this is just unacceptable."
