"I’ve been going to Surprise pediatric for over 15 years. It started off with Dr. Pam which I understand and he’s no longer there He was more Of an of a straightforward doctor, which I love. and then we also having Tiffany Anderson and she is amazing my daughter loves her and she is 15. I started to take my son five years ago and it’s one of the best pediatrics that I’ve been too. There super clean, and the two girls in the front are very nice and helpful. The nurses that we have gotten have been very nice and helpful. I know there’s a new doctor, but I haven’t met her. Over the years things have changed of course with their scheduling department but to be honest with you if you get the app or call first thing in the morning it’s pretty fast you’re in and out. I’ve never had a problem with billing or anything with them. Honestly enjoyed the past 15 years going with them. I recommend all my friends and family. I live 30 minutes away and I still take the time to go over there because I absolutely love this pediatric."

"Tiffany the PA is great and I’ve seen the other doc once who is a female Dr. Patel I think? She is newer so I have not had much experience with her. Dr pham the previous pediatrician retired - he was ok. Dr Patel seemed nice enough and caring. Arbor medical has bought this practice and the scheduling is terrible, and billing. There’s very long wait times for scheduling and if you call within the last 30 minutes of the office hours, they keep you on hold then disconnect at 5. Billing tried to bill me for a well visit and although it was a small charge, it was totally uncalled for. (My insurance covers these 100%) Since I have tried to rectify it nobody has followed up even though I’ve asked in office and spoke to billing via phone , and also was told I would receive a call from the office manager but I haven’t heard and that was over a week ago. This office has a lot of availability for sick visits and is great about that. But as far as well visits I’m gonna have to move on. Such a bummer. Also shout out to the medical assistants they’re great. The front office staff seems apologetic but their hands are tied with scheduling and billing concerns. Such a bummer."

"I have been taking my children to this office since 2007 when my first son was born. This office WAS good in the past when they had different office staff and Dr. Pham used to actually care. Dr. Marcelo was great and it’s gone way downhill since she left. I will never ever step back into this office after I took my two youngest boys in for their well child check ups. And I will never recommend this office to anyone! Dr. Pham seems to have completely given up on giving actual thorough care. The office staff is horrible. There is no reason for anyone to have to stand in front of the clear sliding glass door waiting for them to even acknowledge that someone is there until they feel like it. The new PA they have is horrible and horrible is an understatement. She should not be in the medical field and especially not in pediatrics. She looked at my family as if we were disgusting and not once did we get actual medical advice but only her personal advice for my children. She fat shamed my son and basically said it wouldn’t hurt if he starved. What a pathetic so called human she is. She’s lucky I was able to maintain my composure to say the least! The day my kids seen this new PA was the day I knew we would never be back. This office is trash and should be shut down."

"I called to get an appt or script called in for my daughter's pink eye. They couldn't get her in and refused to call her in a script. Why have a dr office if they can't treat you?We are current with annual visits and forced to go to urgent care. Pink eye is pretty cut and dry diagnosis."

"Dr Pham rolled into the room with a podium with a computer, stood across the room from my son and I, and barely looked up from the screen as he quickly fired off a checklist of questions in a condescending tone. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes and didn’t interact with my son at all. Once he was done he abruptly left the exam room leaving me to show myself out. Very cold and unwelcoming experience. We will not be back."
