"You would think when your scheduling an appointment for the sole purpose to get your kids shots updated they would have the vaccine available before you waist your time by taking off work and getting your kids ready and driving all the way down there. Very disappointing that it wasn’t communicated or rescheduled."

"Went in on 1-16 for school shots. They didn't have 2 on hand and was told they would call when they got them. Now 2-26 I call to follow up and they tell me i have to go to a complete different place. Nobody stated this at the beginning and was told I would be call just to follow up to be told I have to go somewhere else. Thats really bad communication and very unprofessional."

"I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hoff and her staff. I love that there is a sick/well waiting room with touch less entry. Same day sick day appointments are almost always available , every phone call and message is returned in a timely manner. She and her staff ensure my questions and concerns are addressed and treats the entire patient and not just the symptom. Thank you Az kids!"

"Do not go here.. they will waste your time.. I was recommended this place by a friend. Could only get an appt for a month later which at the time I decided was fine since my friend recommended. We never got any reminders or calls or any thing to fill paperwork. I had to call to make sure appt was still on track. We show up on the day of appointment and they were like sorry we have to cancel because you showed up a few minutes before your appointment time. The dr has other appointments before you and is running late. How many appointments can a dr schedule before your 9am appointment if the office opens at 8.30am? I'm not sure if it's a ruse because we were the only black people there."
