"I want to point out that they hire regular people almost anybody to manage the building so when it comes to being professional they will be sometimes so the whole thing is mildly corrupt and unfair I’ve only had problems with other tenants and the newest manager here since she was hired she’s usually not here and for her personal reasons corporate is no help especially when the manger has formed a negative opinion on you it’s practically over for you because that will go to they’re boss and once you try to complain about them or something they aren’t doing correctly they will put you off and blame you for it move here if your in need of housing but corruption goes through the whole deal they will move up who they please rather than income based but when it comes to quality living and feeing comfortable and safe that varies through your neighbors unfortunately I’ve had problems with neighbors before I moved here so that’s on a personal level management will ignore the problems you tell them your having I’ve even been recorded by another tenant just for walking into my apartment quality is based where your unit is avoid these apartments new people will suffer if you have no type of connection with anyone here PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!!!!"

"They do monthly home inspections so this place is clean. There is a scorpion infestation esp. In Building A. We found 7 of them big and small within a few months. There is a wait list. Based off income. Will try & work with you. Clean Background required"

"I've been trying since DECEMBER 2017 to move into these apartments and have had nothing but trouble from them FIRST trying to promise an Apartment that someone was still living in getting my hopes up that I would be able to move in soon because the tenant wasn't there then having to redo all of my paperwork MULTIPLE times because it kept expiring from them taking too long to get me in now and i finally had everything I needed and all paperwork up to date as of April they give me a move in date and and then im told they are put under new management and new management can't find the paperwork from April only the expired stuff so i have to go redo it all AGAIN to be able to move. I have tried to move into other places the last 6 months I've been dealing with this and hace had no luck that's the only reason why I kept up with these Apartments but I am now DONE! This is very unprofessional and if this is how it's going to be i can only image how it is to live there. Worst service I have ever been thru."
