"Terrible experience, first thing my NP asked me why I’m late when she entered the room after being a patience there for almost 3 years and had never been late until today was stuck in the situation that i couldn’t made it in time for the first time. When we discussed the reason I came to see her, NP Michell made me felt uncomfortable and disrespected. It was terrible feeling . People at the front office discussed about the patience in a non-professional way whike i was checking in . I had to remind the lady at the lap that she forgot to give me the container for my urine test. The worst experience . I will never go back to TMC. So long."

"I love our pediatrician been seeing her for years now with all my kids. No problem with her at all. She is the only reason we come to this location. Today I arrived at 8:55, “e checked in” and ready to go. Our appointment was at 9am. My daughter had to get 1 vaccine. We did not get seen till 9:50. The 1 vaccine took 2 mins. The ladies at the front desk are not helpful at all. At 9:40 1 came out to tell me they would call me back shortly. Doctors are amazing but the wait is ridiculous."

"It saddens me to give this review because I actually liked my provider, and the staff was always kind. But it was made very clear that I was not a priority of TMC One when I attempted to refill prescriptions recently, and they were never approved, even though I had the appropriate appointments scheduled, and called about them every day. I was told on several occasions that an office manager would call me, and apologized to profusely, but nobody attempted to contact me, and after over a week of not having my medication, I finally withdrew my care from the office. It is not beneficial to my health to go without my medication, and I plan on finding a provider that will accommodate my health needs."

"Today I saw NP, Anna Apraicio, she was very kind and listened to me and actually examined my entire body. All the way from the front desk gal to the phlebotomist, best experience I’ve ever had at a medical professional office. I couldn’t get the name of the front desk gal, but she has blonde hair and sits on the right side, she was very kind and helpful and called me the day before to confirm my appt. the MA, Dyanna was also very kind and explained to me how she likes working at TMC one and that she likes working with Anna Apracio NP. the phlebotomist, Clarissa was also very personable and did an amazing job at drawing my blood. I recommend this entire office to everyone whose looking for a PCP!"

"We had a great experience here yesterday! We love our pediatrician and would follow her anywhere! I was a little timid after reading some reviews, but I can only judge from my own experiences. Yes, it is a different office with new staff, but the same amazing care. When I called for our appointment we were able to get in same day with no issues, even though I haven't transferred medical records yet. The nurse was comforting and great with my daughter! They also have a Lab on site, which is a bonus."
