"Not even a one star, the office manager is very rude, disrespectful and only has certain tenants she favors and the rest she’ll either fail you for inspection, while not inspecting other people’s apartments. Her name is Denise Pierce, the “office manager”, if you can even call her that. I see that maintenance guy Matt or whatever do more things around the apartment complex then she does. The apartments aren’t ready to move in like she says they are, carpets are stained, some apartments have had bed bugs and roaches and she won’t mention it and when you complain about it she blames you for it and evicts you. The apartments are trashy, stuff by the dumpsters, I would NOT recommend ever living here. This place is a rip off and they don’t tell you the history of the apartment. Denise charges you for everything, she doesn’t know how to be a manager. The way she treats some of the tenants. My domestic partner, our friend and I lived there years ago, never again. -1,000,000 stars if possible."

"Well I have lived here 5 yrs. Although they haven't always been accommodating, recently they have stepped up their game. They(Somerset Pacific lnc. The owners of record.) Replaced the young no account manager and husband (maintenance) with the previous manager that I signed lease with. Since Denise has been back, things have improved. She procured maintenance personnel that is diligent in his work ethic, and when corporate allows they make necessary adjustments as to pertinent maintenance. There isn't a better place in Benson for renters. Not saying it is perfect, but I do recommend you check it out here before crossing the tracks to rent in Benson."

"I had to opportunity to look at these beautiful apartments. Great floor plans, lots of storage, washer/dryer hookups, and great location. The staff is professional and friendly. If you are looking for a place in Benson be sure to see this fine property. You won't be disappointed!"
