"I've lived here for a little over a year. I'm happy I decided to call this place home. Property Manager, Paula, is one of the sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. There's a pretty solid community of people here as well. They ALWAYS keep up on the landscaping, there's a security guard who walks the property at night. A nice safe, and clean environment. I couldn't ask for more. I've only had a handful of minor issues, but when brought to attention, they are tended to with a sense of urgency."

As I am a single female, it's nice that you need a key to get in anywhere. Laundry facilities are clean. And maintenance is the bomb!!!"

"I lived at Rosemont Gardens for two years. The best thing about Rosemont is the caring staff, most of whom live on property. It is not unusual for maintenance to come out on the weekend in an emergency, and even in non-emergency situations maintenance is very prompt. The grounds and pools are always clean. Prior to living at Rosemont, I had a very poor rental history and management gave me a chance to get on my feet and change all that. I will be forever grateful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh start."
