"Soo... It seems as if the "Powers that be" have tried to delete this review from the public discretion and it was specifically naming names and such. Oh, geezers. Where do I even begin? Let's just start at the beginning. First, when I had just moved into my apartment I already had problems here. It's run by Scotia Management. Now, that right there is a huge red flag. Why? I'd just moved from a different property run by Scotia. It would seem as if the previous Scotia property had been speaking to this place about me and the way things were going on in the office at the other place. They had told this place that I might be a 'Problem ' tenant who doesn't follow orders, starts drama with the other tenants and managers and will do anything to make it out to be much more than it is. Not a chance. I am not that way. What I will definitely do is make sure that the people who are running the show are doing what their job description says to be doing. They didn't like that at all, and whenever I had attempted to speak to someone who might be able to help with the problem, they in turn refused to solve it. (It had taken the other Scotia property OVER 3 years to simply fix a Dishwasher that literally destroyed all of my plates and utensils with Black sewer water). The Management here changes on a regular basis, a new manager every like 5 or 6 months is the norm, and nobody seems to have an answer to this. The Swimming pool hasn't seen any use since I had been living there, except for myself. That had taken well over a year to clean up, it had taken a formal complaint to the Pima County Health Department in order to get them to do anything about it, the Swimming pool had literally green slime and algae growing in and around it. The Health Department ended up coming out to see it for themselves and then and only then had they done anything to clean it. Yes. Over an entire year just to get it in compliance with Health Department laws rules and regulations. Guess what? It had taken over a year to get them to clean it up, and no more than 5 days after the Health Department came out to hand them a Order to clean it up or have a Court Order to pay fines regarding this issue. Once Scotia found out its definitely going to hit them in the Pocketbook, that's when they decided to do something about it. And only then. The previous manager, Sabrina Brents, had willfully spoken about another manager working at a different Scotia property extremely wrongful, telling residents here that she (the other manager) was a $5.00 Crackhead who had 6 or 7 Kids, did not know who any of her Kids fathers were, and is still a addict.. Which was told to her when she had been in the manager office here. Magically and Deliciously Sabrina quits her job after finding out she's about to get fired for what she said about the other manager. Who takes her place in the office here? Her mother. I know. Weird. Her name is Tammy. And obviously the Apple didn't fall very far from the Tree with her. The very first day Tammy Meeks was in the office, I go pay my rent. I get a receipt from her showing that I paid it. She signed it with her nname and date paid. The very next day.. I mean the very next day she showed up at my door literally laughing at me saying that I never paid my rent. She claimed that I now owed her for rent and late fees. She pretty much shut her mouth when I showed her the receipt she had signed and dated herself, here's what she said. Oh, I have one of those too. Oh, really? Then why are you here waving a 10 day notice in my face?. I guess she knew she didn't have a leg to stand on when she learned I had proof of my paying it. These people here are ignorant in their work ethics, their business practices, and their inability to do their jobs in a timely manner and efficiently. Believe me. There's definitely much to come. Stay tuned. I plan on telling everyone thinking about renting here everything that is going on here. Stay tuned for the next episode.."
"It's been decent had roaches since I moved in I killed and cleaned and killed them over and over also they never did repairs they promised from previous tenant. But safe area good neighbors affordable and generally friendly staff untill I brought up moving after lease is up they wanted to charge me for breaking lease even though it's expired."
"I would highly recommend not renting from Nick the manager or Scotia management had nothing but problems 6 months into my lease they demanded a $500 deposit when there was no deposit to begin with OR they were going to wrongfully evict me because I had an attorney speak to their attorneys I was shunned tried to kick me out once again got a hold of my attorneys to get ahold of their attorneys made my living situation they're worse because it was in favor of me would not renewing my lease because I'm on Section 8 I cleaned my apartment and left it just as I had moved in immaculate as shown in pictures below and it will not refund not one penny of my $500 that I did not have to give to them but came up with it they won't give me back $0.01 here are the photos I would have given zero stars but it would not let me get to this part so I can let you people know not to rent from Scotia Property Management or from Nick the manager at Country Club Terrace Apartments you read here how delightful Nick the manager is it's a facade the minute you're in he turns into not such a nice guy however my experience there was rotten"
"This one the most amazing move in experience I’ve ever had Nick made everything so easy and quick. I was not looking forward to moving when I first started looking but after seeing the reviews this place is everything they say they are. It’s so clean my son loves to play in the grass everyone is so open and welcoming and nick makes sure that you have everything you need he really goes above and beyond to make sure that his tendents are happy. And maintenance is the quickest I’ve ever had I’m used to waiting business days but in a matter of 30 minutes they were in my apartment making sure that everything was perfect even things I didn’t think were wrong they wanted to fix. I’d recommend this place to anyone I’ll definitely be staying around to see everything that they’ll be doing to make it even better!"
"This will be my second year at Country Club Terrace and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The office staff is small, which allows each tenant to have a unique and personal experience. Nicholas and Chris are great, responding to all maintenance requests quickly, keeping the common areas well maintained and resolving any issues or concerns. I recommend to anyone looking for a small and quiet community with great staff!"
