"All the apartments flood because they don’t manage the drains and they get clogged by debris. Third flood in under a year and I don’t have a square inch of dry floor. Pure negligence. Added photo of the laundromat that every tenant has complained about for over a year with no change.. absolutely ghetto"

"This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful and homey feeling. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly I toured with Meghan who is the property manager. She was so outgoing and friendly very easy to talk to. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. They are definitely at the top of my list!!"

"Apartment 176 here ! Can't say enough about The office and Maintenance staff here! I've lived her a year and it is an awesome place! I have great neighbors who all look out for each other. It's a community! Joe and Greg in Maintenance are so nice, and very skilled. All my work orders have been done. The complex is clean and the pools are beautiful! I see how hard our maintenance works. God job guys! And, Emily in the office is always so sweet and helpful! Hi, Em! Anyway, this is a fun place to live. It's safe and it's great."
