"Me and my husband went to look at an apartment for rent. Arrive and there is trash all over the parking lot, broken down cars. Knock on the door of the "manager" that is supposed to show us this unit. He is CLEARLY on something, and so is the wife that accompanied him. Nodding off mid sentence, walking extremely slow, mumbling. WTF? So we get into the apartment and it should be condemned!!!! disgusting walls, writing/graffiti all over the place, unsafe wiring and light fixtures, broken window. the walls were supposed to be white, they were black and stained with dirt and what looked like stab marks. The bathroom is just disgusting. Graffiti everywhere with the phrase "Youre beautiful" written on the mirror. Here's the kicker, they wanted 1000 DOLLARS FOR A MOVE IN ON THIS DUMP. Reading other reviews, and seeing this unit, lord knows what the other units were like! It was not livable whatsoever. Place should be shut down. Owner on the phone was also very unprofessional and rude and lied to us about move in costs."

"Ehhhhh! Lemme say I’m mindful as HeII, I live here for 1.4 years because of some unfortunate stuff.. I mean, life happens.. ok the bath tubs and bathroom and cockroaches where the only thing I hated about this place.. I can bare the people, I’m good an shunning.. bet hey because you get accepted Immediately! Not the greatest people live here. Used to be worst. But it’s OK. Got me through sometimes I needed a place did exactly what I needed now I’m out. For almost 2 months. Mindful people this is for Thick skinned people who want to move forward in life. I used to keep it clean and try to be positive. Just be your self. And it’s a place"

"Always cops parked out front. Parking lot filled with trash. This place is un livable I didnt make it 5 feet away from my car before returning with the fear of my safety. This place looks like it could collapse at any min. Plus I saw 3 roaches the second I even stepped out the car. This place needs to be shut down no one should live in this filth."

"Wouldn't have given any stars if possible. Moved in there for 24 hrs then moved right back out. Mold all over apartment. It was never cleaned front door had been kicked in and never replaced bathroom door was falling apart and car was broken into. This place needs shut down and can't get ahold of the owner to get my rent money back!!!!!! Don't rent here!!!!"

"The worse landlord I have had in my 45 year existence, they don't do any maintenance, the grounds are littered with cigarette butts, the swimming pool was dirty in the 8 months I spent there and its infested with roaches and rodents. they charge excessive amounts in late charges so once you get behind its hard to get caught up. They are just money hungry scumbags that care about nothing but filling there pockets, they will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear and turn around and do the complete opposite. You will regret renting from these people because everyone I knew that rented from him got screwed over one way or another. go see the place for yourself, he only rents to drug addicts and people with not so great credit so he can take advantage of them. Rent from him at your own risk, you have been warned."
