"I was a bit unlucky with the apartments I lived in on this property or I would have stayed more years or maybe moved into a 2 bedroom here but the current staff will always do the best they can for you and handle things in a prompt manner. Complex has everything one could need, is on a nice side of town and is a chill complex for the most part. And the grass is pretty dope also! My only suggestion would be to try to stay off the first floor, that's where I had my bad luck so I would suggest that. Things were not always perfect, but nothing really is and it wouldn't be the worst idea to move in here, you'll be taken care of."

"I moved in late July and it has been great so far! The office is open 7 days a week, which is so helpful. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. When my AC went out, they gave me a portable one for my bedroom the same day. It's in a great location, I feel safe as a woman living alone, even at night. The only downside is there is no in unit washer/dryer but they do have a laundry room on site. Overall a great place to live!"

"I have had leaking issues with my air conditioning units during the early start of the summer; that took 7 weeks to be resolved. During the past month, some nights when the temperature in my apartment is in the 80s, I've turned it on and surprise, there is leaking! Thank goodness, I have windows which I open, but there is no resolve and it is exhausting to constantly call, or drop by for things to get repaired/fixed/excused and explained in manners which make absolutely no sense. Sometimes a simple "I don't know" works better."
