"The maintenance people were amazing and super helpful/friendly. The only issue was both my vehicles being vandalized and my friend's vehicle getting keyed all the way around when I brought the issue up they just told me “we aren’t in charge of what the tenements do” so a little upsetting but overall the location to base and buildings are amazing so I enjoyed my stay."

Only minor things were a negative for me: minimal parking, no smoking, flimsy cabinet shelves, no black owned food trucks (not even during Black History Month) Pretty quiet community, friendly safe neighborhood, dogs loved the park, nice pool & gym. Helpful staff in leasing office. Would recommend :)"

"Great service and easy move in. Large list of items on move in walk through…paint on everything. The grounds are immaculate and we LOVE the pool. Gym is sufficient, and having coffee available in the club house has saved a bad morning or two! Overall we really enjoy it here and think our apartment is wonderful."

"We have lived here since September 2021. I enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. The gym is nice and smells good but it is small. There is a cool movie theater that can be rented out. Free coffee and tea in the leasing office is nice. I love the HUB where packages can be secured. My building has quiet occupants which is nice. Valencia is loud if you have an apartment next to it so a sound machine has been a must at night. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here and feel very safe."

"My husband & I have lived here since August 2021 (when they first opened) and we have been here since. We live in a one bedroom & I do wish the apartments were a tad bigger for how much rent we pay each month, but it does the job for what we need it to. The amenities are great. I am giving it 4 stars because we’ve had some maintenance things that we needed to take care of (it’s because we lived here for almost 2 1/2 years) our towel holder in our bathroom became loose and fell off the wall, our lights have been flickering and we need to get them replaced, the floor in the bathroom is coming up a bit because of the water from the shower, and one of our pantry shelves because of the weight of the cans that we had stored in there. We haven’t gone anywhere else because we really do love living here. It’s going on 3 years and we are grateful for our little piece of home in Tucson!"
