"I took my vehicle in attempt to have the headliner redone. Spoke with Carlos, he took a look and went over what needed to be done. He told me he wanted me to have the headliner removed before I brought it in. I told him I will pay for the removal as well and he gave me an estimate. I let him know I like to keep my money within my community, so I was fine with the price and would like to be scheduled on his calendar. He would not schedule me. Then told me some other things I needed to do before I brought it in, I agreed I even offered him a deposit to no avail. At every negative suggestion he offered I stayed positive and asked to be scheduled to bring it in. He told me to discuss it with my husband and call him later. I got no where with him. I was very disappointed. I always prided myself on supporting local small businesses and was very let down."

They came out really quickly to get the measurements done and they are going to do all the work that the big box company was going to have to outsource.
