"I love the apartment itself and my neighbors are nice. However our dishwasher has been broken and has standing water in it after a month of putting in maintenance requests and even a front door lock doesn't seem to be necessary because it also has been neglected after a month of submitting maintenance requests. I don't mind doing dishes myself but because of my Addison's disease the month of standing water's smell is harder on me than most people. I have a pounding headache that won't subside till it's fixed and I am sick to my stomach every day. These are health and safety issues and I am getting desperate. I change be sick all the time. Luckily Arizona law does provide tenants recourse in this situation. I think we may have no choice but to avail ourselves of those rights."

"I've lived at this location for nearly 6 years. Since management changed, a couple years ago, the quality of the place has changed a ton. The property is so much nicer to look at and the units have been remodeled beautifully. The manager and the maintenance team are great. Alysia, the manager, is incredible and so friendly. She always makes.n effort to get to know her residents and what their needs are. She also does her best to make sure the residents are safe. The location is also great. It's close to a main bus line, as well as a grocery store and a couple shopping plazas. It's very easy to get around if you don't have a car."
