"Terrible communication/costumer service. that Michelle along with the rest of her co-workers whom have the mind of A child need to be fired ASAP or this place will lose business if these Rude incompetent People Are Running it. After i recently paid Rent I looked at the app they said I owe $1500!? Than when I called and Told them to fix it they Lied and said that it was out of their control, but than proceeded to take all of my money out of my bank account without my KNOWLEDGE causing my bank account to shut down Now I'm behind on all of my bills thanks to them. I guess this is why they don't let Residents pay rent by check No you have to pay it on an unsecure App So that they'll have Access to your bank information & Rob you of all your money making it almost impossible for you to move on when it's time. I'd suggest getting Two-factor Authentication (2FA) to further protect your bank account otherwise be prepared to get Robbed by these so Called "Business" People. EDIT: Know your Rights as a tenant don't let these Poeple continue to take advantage of their Residence They're abusing their power and should be held accountable for the action They're displaying against certain Residents just because they don't like them. these lazy bunches are just sitting on their backs bored searching for their next victims (Residence) they can financially and emotionally abuse. Than these Thieves have the nerve to send me a letter asking me to renew my lease early? What a Laugh because i Would highly never ever Recommend this worthless Place to people."
"This community sent a violation notice that could potentially result in eviction to a disabled 85-year-old retired war veteran. I am an emergency contact for one of the residents and have been working with him for the better part of 15 years. He has been living at this community for 44 years (Let. That. Sink. In.). Last week, without any prior contact in person or over the phone, the office sent a 10-day violation. While I take no issue with content of the notice, the very same result would have been achieved had any staff member bothered to pick up the phone and have a conversation with the resident. This would have allowed him the time and opportunity to reach out and make arrangements to get assistance. In addition, they sent a 10-day notice with a follow up inspection date that was less than 10 days out. A group of us got together to help the resident get the work done to resolve the notice and then I sent an email to both the manager and regional manager explaining while the work was not fully complete, significant progress was made and stating my intention to return later this month to complete everything and asked if they would confirm the notice was satisfied or if additional efforts were needed. The inspection ended up being done the day after the date specified on the notice and I received no communication despite sending a follow up email. After sending yet another follow up email, I FINALLY get a response from the regional manager. I was relieved to see her message in my inbox thinking surely we are close to a resolution. Instead I am told that because I do not have Power of Attorney and I am not on the lease, they can't tell me anything. I explain that as his emergency contact and being that he is facing potential eviction, most people would consider the situation emergent if it were them/their family member. Despite pointing this out, I was met with complete indifference. I am at an utter loss. I am actively trying to resolve the issue they sent a notice for in the first place. The resident has made it clear to the office staff that he is okay with releasing information about this issue to me (the office staff were the ones who emailed me a copy of the notice in the first place) and yet I still cannot get a basic 'yes or no' on if the issue is taken care of. So you can release a copy of a legal notice with private information (name, apartment number, and photos) to me as an emergency contact but you can't tell me if I need to come back because it's private? All I am trying to do is make sure this gentleman who served our country faithfully still has a place to live and I am being met with unnecessary obstacles at every turn. This lack of customer service to such a loyal tenant is nothing less than shameful in my opinion."
"They towed my car and didn't let me know that parking lot was being re painted. They never reimbursed me for the cost. They didn't send me any communication regarding moving vehicles from the area. I put in my notice to vacate and they took me off their email list. I never got any email after I gave my notice. This place is horrible. Bugs, homeless everywhere hanging out in the community and in the stairwells. Management is horrible to deal with. I brought to their attention people leave garbage outside their doors, people smoking everywhere. Very unsafe. If you are female or have kids, look somewhere else. It's trash here."
"Highlands/ bridge carefree negligence and incompetence cost me thousands of dollars and lots of time spent. Dealing with their perpetual mistakes. The company went eight months with 9 inch potholes look at the pictures. I made them aware of the potholes on their property, and they did nothing about it until my car was destroyed. The company will not pay for damages they did. The other pictures below show how a maintenance man vandalized. My apartment, leaving foot prints on my bed and dumped out there vacuum all over my bed. Bridge community and their team did not care. This company will set you back in your life when you are trying to move forward. It may look nice from the outside. But you will surely be affected if they make a mistake they will not fix it. You’ll have to pay for their mistakes. They don’t respect your time they assume you’re always sitting around, waiting for them to work around their time. They are highly unorganized. They forget appointments. They will gaslight you. Be prepared to receive information only after the fact. As well as your conversations will consist, mainly of their apologies. It will cost you far less to pay more at another apartment complex because of their negligence and incompetence. Along with they just don’t care. Also bear in mind the walls of paper thin you can hear everything. in fact, a neighbor threatened to kill me because he said that I walk too loud. I got a police report provided it two bridge and the attacker still lives there. All you have to do is read the entire lease agreement and you will see just how much they care about their tenants. They hold responsibility for nothing including if you get hurt on their property because of something they neglected. or if they damage your personal property, they are not liable. When you just take one walk around the property you will see how many enemies they have acquired. The locks on the pool is kicked in damage to lawn chairs basketball hoop, pulled down. You won’t find this as often other apartment complexes around Tucson. It’s because they take such a lazy approach and miss handle. All interactions with the tenants. They will be super sweet to your face, and then they will wreak havoc on your life."
