"The landlord of this building says/acts like he supports artists. That's not exactly true. The main paintings in the studio section of the warehouse were never paid for. The artist was a former tenant during the days of construction - when he still charged $2k+ for rent. When the artist went to take the paintings with his move due to not being compensated - the landlord locked him out and threatened him. He has a history to charge insane late fees - even under extenuating occuring circumstances. Not saying he's a terrible person - but artists/potential tenants& projects should be cautious prior to committing to anything. **Aka have everything in writing. He's a business man, an extreme opportunist, & a classic boomer capitalist."
"You won't find another place like this in Tucson. Most of the units are brand new. The tenants are great and the place attracts all kinds of artists, makers, and doers cause it can easily be converted in to a live/work place"
