"My daughter and I were toured by Jennifer ( I believe). She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She had an answer to all of my questions. I really enjoyed the property and the way it was maintained. It is definitely a place I would like to live in."

"I just moved to Arizona and was able to get an apartment at Saddle Ridge. Jessica & James are absolutely amazing! If I had an issue it was fixed as quick as possible! The apartments are very nice and quite. The only thing I would say I don’t like is not having washer and dryer hookups in the apartment, but other than that it’s amazing!"

"THE HOT TUBS DO NOT WORK AND HAVEN'T WORKED FOR OVER A YEAR! I am a current resident and this is an honest review for anyone looking to move here. *If you plan to move here, check the hot tubs first and compare to the date of this post. Then when you hear the managements response as to why the hot tubs don't work, ask them why they haven't been repaired since at least the date of this post. (10/26/2023)* Many of the residents living at Saddle Ridge have complained about the hot tubs not working. The office has stated that they would fix them but they have not. I wish someone would have made a post like this when I was researching this place. Apartments are decent, quiet community, overall clean. You're paying a premium to live here compared to other places that are cheaper so you would expect everything to work. Unfortunately, not all amenities work. This might not seem like a big deal to some but if you've made the decision to spend your money somewhere based on expectations advertised to you, it would be nice if those expectations were met. I would give this place at least 3-4 stars but being lied to by the management has really left a stain on my experience here."

"Jessica Diaz is a great property manager. She understands each tenant individually and she tries to help that tenant as best as she can within the guidelines. I had a unique situation and she worked with me and I was super happy with her customer service. Great service indeed!!"

"The team at Saddle Ridge is amazing. My work orders were always complete in an timely manner and office staff was always helpful. Thank you Jessica Diaz for assisting with our transition out of these apartments. The apartments themselves are cozy and situated in a great area of Oro Valley. Food and groceries are a short walk away. Movie theaters and state parks are also close by. The residents are peaceful and friendly. Overall just a nice, quiet place to live."
