"Apartments are not taken care of properly, laundry room is a disaster with multiple broken washers and dryers. There is no where on site to get quarters for the laundry room. They have weird parking rules for parking in your covered spot. They are as bad as a HOA. There is one office lady who is completely rude and drives around on there fancy golf cart to tag cars for not parking properly. Will never rent here again"

"I have lived here for two years now and have just renewed my lease for another year. The staff, to maintenance crew, and even my neighbors are the best. Although I really want a more modern (upgraded) apartment, my experience here, hs been nothing less than amazing."

"I lived here for 11 months when I had to take care of my elderly parents. Marcos and Sierra were great, and Maintenance would come quickly if there was a problem. Very pet friendly and children will play out in the courtyards as they feel comfortable in safe.. Management in office staff will do special events for the residents which is really appreciated.. Can't say it's the perfect place. But then again who can say there is a perfect place to live when you rent?. If i'm ever in need of a three bedroom I will go back. Thank you to all Cantera staff"

"Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Maintenance quickly responds to your needs and keeps the landscape well maintained. Pretty calm and peaceful neighborhood. 4 stars because appliances need to be upgraded and my building had an infestation, but they were on top of taking care of it. Overall nice decent area to live."

"Everyone that I had contact with on the ground were helpful and very friendly. Buildings are maintained as well as the grounds making it very pleasing to the eye. My daughter has lived there before and has gone back. As far as apartment complexes go this is one of the better ones out there. Always remember to talk with The current residence, take pictures before signing a lease and ask questions."
