"Gina and Katie did a wonderful job designing my closet. The installers, Juan and Jason were spot on in getting it assembled and installed. There were some minor chips on some of the shelves but they were quick to rectify the issue by offering to come back the next day with some new shelves. They kept to their promise and came by the next morning. They even made sure to double check everything else to ensure there were no other issues. I originally went with the Closet Factory since I liked their quality, price, and their people. I’m happy that I clearly made the right choice and that the closet turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I’ve already been telling my friends about the Closet Factory and I can’t wait to use them again in the future."

She incorporated so many small details that made it beyond special. Her expertise only elevated further as she tackled our garage as well as our home office, the latter being a very tricky space. Getting the installation dates set was no easy feat and she once again, responded quickly, advocated for us and delivered on time to accommodate the builder. Everything turned out absolutely gorgeous! Lauri's bubbly personality, patience, creativity and extraordinary customer service have us feeling like we have been guests at a luxury hotel.
