"So sad to see this not as a 5.0. I have toddlers and a school age kid. Who have had to visit for various reasons. Every time we have been the nurses and doctors are so caring, kind and knowledgeable. The wait times are low and the staff there are amazing. So many good things to say about this place."
"I was recently at your ER Thursday Feb 1st. I saw Dr Matthew Ross. He had already formed his opinion about me before he even walked in the door. Probably the most condensing uncaring physician I've ever come across. Whatever happened to do no harm. The following day I was admitted elsewhere and still am here under cardiac care because what I was experiencing was a cardiac event. I was panicking during my conversation with Dr Ross because I was afraid and I knew something was wrong. I thought it was a medication issue per a conversation with my pharmacist. You can see by the other notes made by Dr Ross that he thought I surely was lying about that as well. Had he cared enough to actually listen and treat me like a human being and get down to what was really going on he could have actually helped me instead of doin more harm. I've seen what Dr Ross has placed in my chart as his opinion of me. I'd like that removed within 48 hours. It is covert stigma & blaming patients for their pain and suffering from real life diagnosis we have to live with yet also feel like a criminal getting punished. Compassion of any kind went straight out the door. This physician is why patients like me are afraid to seek help when it's needed. Thankfully I had 2 doctors and a cardiologist on my side where I'm at now that heard me and found what was going on via 24/7 cardiac monitoring. I was beside myself in fear to come in and you proved to be one of the reasons why. Shame on you Dr Ross. Edit 2/4...Was diagnosed with paroxysmal atrial tachycardia. 03/04 I gave plenty of time to remove the negative comments Dr Ross placed in my chart. Since I did find out the next day I was having a cardiac issue and after speaking with my primary care Dr who I've been seeing for 9 years about this event I've decided I'm going to seek help to get this cleared up. We're supposed to feel safe with a Dr not afraid to even seek help in the first place."
"The team of nurses and ancillary staff are very kind, prompt, and helpful. However, the air of arrogance exuded by the MD on duty is off putting as a patient. Dr Greene has a very robotic and cold bed side mannerism that doesn’t make a patient feel safe and heard while in her care. Many patients present to the ER for a variety of reasons and no patient should be made to feel bothersome to a MD while seeking medical attention."
"I have never had such a great experience in an ER in my life. Pretty much a 0 wait time to be seen, and I was treated immediately with the friendliest staff. The cleanliness of this ED, along with the quickness of testing and Xrays blew my mind. This was my first time visiting with ER, and while I hope to not have to visit again any time soon, this would definetly be my go to spot. Thank you to all who cared for me today!"
"Place came highly recommended. Went in with shoulder pain and was seen promptly. Everyone was nice. I had a 10 min visit no X-rays no test and my share of the $3000 bill when I left was $496. What? Read that again 10 minutes if that with the doctor no test. On top of that, she didn’t diagnose me right my shoulder was dislocated which my GP popped back in 2 days after this visit. On top of that, they sent me another $400 bill making my out of pocket $896. What? Is this even legal? So I called asked for an itemized statement and they sent some weird paperwork that asked me all these questions like what’s my account number. I never got the itemized statement. Further, when you call, there is an option for if you’re an attorney press 4. I can’t believe this happened to me on a 10 min visit I was misdiagnosed and it cost me nearly $1k. On top of that I was in pain for 2 extra days till my GP put my shoulder back in the socket. What a horrible place I hope you all run as far as you can. $3000 bill for the 10 minutes is not acceptable. I thought about suing them but it’s not worth it. I lost $1k out of pocket for the 10 min of their time."
