"Definitely exceeded our expectations for an ER visit. We came with a 12 week old baby and the nurses and provider were kind and thorough. We had a comfortable room and were seen much faster than we anticipated. Only suggestion we have would be to have a separate registration for the children's ER - it is combined with the general ER and that was the longest wait we experienced. We would not hesitate to come back if we needed emergency care for our child."

"I feel like hospitals just get a bad wrap. But we took my daughter in after she injured her neck and the whole staff was really nice and they let her pick out a toy. Easy going making you feel calm."

"Awful experience. Came in due to baby shaking/shivering becoming a lot more concerning than it was initially- was met with a nurse named Ashley who barely let me finish my sentences about my baby and a male doctor who overlooked all my concerns and said it was because she was probably “cold.” Really ironic because her pediatrician had stated that babies do not shake when they are cold and stressed the normalcy of it when she’s asleep, not awake- which was now happening. But this doctor, after 5 hours his consensus was to swaddle her more :) newborns do not shiver when they are cold! my baby was shaking in the room swaddled up, clothed up, clothes off (but still covered in a blanket), even when he put his hand on her chest OVER her blanket- I saw her heart rate jumping dramatically but he saw a “cold baby”? All because the videos I had of her shaking at home was with her shirt off. “She needs to be warmer,” if she needed to be warmer I wouldn’t be here. If they were actually monitoring her like they said, they would’ve checked up on her, but no. Not only that but after 5 hours he said we were good to go and no one brought our discharge papers until we requested someone to come by. Disrespectful and negligent care is only given here. Also, to add- it’s the next day and I have her swaddled up and wow surprise! she is still shivering away. I hate this place."

"Negligent care at best! My daughter was seen for a head injury. After arrival, no one checked on her for 3 hours until we were taken to CT. Nurse came in 1 hour after CT and said waiting for the results. Pulse ox alarm went off twice and no one showed up to check on her until I pushed alert button. Dr. came in 3 hours after CT to say it was normal. Didn't give any definitive information or instructions. Nurse brought headache medicine 6.5 hours after arrival and registration finally showed up. Discharged after 7.5 hours paperwork listed reason for visit as "fall" (nothing else)! First time on her feet she asked to use the restroom and was not escorted to make sure she didn't fall or pass out. Was not wheeled out of the hospital for her safety. We will not be going back to this facility, very disapointing!"

"This was our first ER experience for our 2yo and we have no complaints. We were not kept waiting for too long, and everyone we talked to was so nice and helpful. The nurses and doctor and x ray tech we saw were great! Everything was well communicated and explained to us. Hopefully we won’t be back, but wouldn’t hesitate going here again should we need emergency care."
