The Doctor's Office

"I had been a patient there since before Dr. DeVito came on board, and was very happy with the office. I saw Dr. DeVito a few times, and he was just fine. No complaints. Fast forward about 10 years and I call to make an appointment because I have given myself a hernia, and I figure it's time for a check-up. The front office asks if I'm a patient, and I say " yes ". They look me up, and tell me that I will have to pay a " new patient " fee of $200 because I haven't been there in apx 10 years. But obviously I am not a new patient. I'm in their system; they have my records ! Greed is bad enough, but coming from a doctor.....? I went somewhere else. New patient there, but no penalty charge for it."

"I have been going to DeVito since he was a pup. I haven't considered another P.C.P since he started a practice,and boy oh boy has he had some challenges with me ! He is kind , gentle and very good ., and knowledgeable ."
