"I made a huge mistake while I was trying to make a change on my account and so I came into this DES office to get help. Will was so incredibly helpful and he helped me get my health insurance back! He was so quick and kind. I love thay guy. Thank you so much Will!"

"They typed in my provided documents wrong and I got stuck talking to a woman who was literally arguing with me over factual information that I provided. They grossly over estimated my stuff and after providing several documents of proof that they messed up, she still kept arguing with me. Unbelievable! We are both looking at the same document and they put different information than I provided, then argue that it’s correct?? We are both looking at the same thing! These people think they’re better and smarter than you just because you need some help. Not to mention I got approved for a few bucks a month while other are frauding the system getting HUNDREDS. What a world we live in. These people are working from home, so after an hour on hold, they are to lazy to get numbers right or correct what they did wrong. You’re better off doing ANYTHING else to try and help yourself than to get any type of help from these people."

"These people are judgemental of the people they are meant to help and take 2 to 3hrs just to pick up their phones. It is insane how much of my day I have to waste just to get anything accomplished; which hardly ever happens. When I do get a hold of someone I more than likely will get nowhere."

"Since moving locations this DES office has gotten so much better, before it was so small, cramped and took HOURS to get anything done. Now in the newest building it's so much bigger, and everything runs smoothly and faster than any other DES office in Tucson. Also the employees (well MOST of them) are great and super helpful even when they're being yelled at by someone who doesn't understand that they themselves have to bring the proper paperwork/documentation for the process to be completed. Definitely will be coming here when needed."

"I just left this DES office. I was there a total of 30 minutes. If you get there right after they open you usually do not have to wait long at all. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The caseworker that helped me, Anita was so nice and fast and efficient!! I wish all the caseworkers could be as friendly and as fast as her. I know a lot of people complain about the wait being long but if you go in right when they open it's usually pretty fast. I've had good experiences and bad experiences but today was a great experience. I was in and out I'm very pleased with the caseworker that helped me. Just go in with all the paperwork you need and you won't have to return. On the DES website there's a list of documents that you need to bring with you. Thank you again Anita for all your help!!!!!"
