Hugo & the secretaries are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Rosario is very rude. They have messed up on my parent’s case SEVERAL times and have lost their paperwork as well. They have shown NO remorse for their mistakes. It genuinely baffles me that they’re still in business."

"I don’t recommend this attorney. Although our case is done. I was honestly very disappointed with Rosario and Hugo. My case was delayed 8 months, because I found out we had a message from immigration waiting for a response. Something that could have been prevented if only they had checked. Hugo talked to me as if I didn’t know what I was saying and was rude. I started investigating on my own and that’s how we got things moving. There’s so much more I can say but one thing for sure is I don’t recommend."
