"This place stole my mobile home that we bought and paid for from day one. The day my husband died they evicted me. My rent was paid the only thing was a car of my daughter's that wasn't registered I was to get rid of it but I refused so they found a loop hole in the landlord Tennant act and sent me back the rent I paid and gave me 5 days to move out. 20 years there and they give me 5 days! So they got all my antiques and collectibles and a lifetime of memories that we will never get back. The management is way better than Rick and Debbie but the are money hungry and are thieves they will not prosper to throw a disabled recently widowed woman with her two service animals and parrot and not care that in the winter the coldest part November I'm living on the streets now but God will help me. It's been since November 2022. 8 long months. No help from anyone on disability and have no help with things I need a man to do. But it's okay. I will overcome this and maybe one day I'll own this park and give everyone the opportunity to buy their lots for a dollar! Plus fees for the closing costs etc. Basically free. 52Ten you will not prosper because you did this to a widow God's word says He is married to the widow. I'll pray for you and your company.worldly goods won't get you into Heaven. But I hope you get to Heaven because you were over me here but I will be over you there. They that are last will be first and the first shall be last. Now how will that go for you then? God will restore my belongings 7 fold but you'll lose 7 fold of what you stole from me. "It's a good place to live its quite people mind they're own business friendly neighborhood the only bad thing to many cats around but they are mostly leaving u alone if u got dogs"

"We just bought a home in the park. It is a very clean park all streets are paved and I love the speed bumps, they are huge so nobody will come speeding through the park. We can't wait to move in there. Rick and Debi seem like as long as you follow the rules everything will be good. I am good with following the rules. It seems like a nice family park."

"Relaxing environment. If you got kids its a great place for them to meet new friends and most of the kids keep it old school and play outdoors somethin you dont see too much anymore.
