"Had to help a relative move out asap: due to the old night night don’t let the BED BUGS BITE! Flooding upon flooding in the kitchen and bathroom. Pretty much would work til they left.. overall disappointing."

"Hayden Square Apartments has proven to be a disappointing living situation, especially from my perspective as a house cleaner for one of the tenants. The maintenance team's performance in executing repairs has been subpar, frequently leaving projects unfinished and unresolved. My client, who happens to be disabled, has been particularly dissatisfied with the level of service she has received. When she reported the presence of mold in her bathroom, which had previously experienced a leak, the response she received was shockingly dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she was simply advised to purchase bleach. This negligent and unhelpful approach to a serious health concern is highly concerning and reflects poorly on the overall management and maintenance practices at Hayden Square Apartments."

"Every time I drive in, I think about how much I hate living here. Does that give you an idea? The buildings are so outdated and ugly. The kitchen is tiny and dark and impossible to cook in. There are no outlets in the bathroom-- to use a hair dryer, you have to plug an extension cord into a bedroom outlet!! Management does nothing about noisy pets, so I can't even walk into my living room without being deafened by the screeching of my neighbor's chihuahuas. Maintenance is supposed to take 48 hours, but I've had requests in for nearly a year and nothing has been done about them. They recently repaved the parking lot, and sent out letters saying it would take two weeks-- it took over two months. The personal patio is nice, and the bedroom closet is a great size. The assistant in the office is nice (the manager sucks though). Most of the neighbors are friendly, and it's a small community. I will not renew my lease, and I would not recommend this place at all."

"The apartments are really outdated. There's no outlets in the bathroom, the kitchen set up makes it really uncomfortable to cook! You do have a patio but the so called fense is pretty short which doesn't give you that much privacy at all. Also they have roaches even though they have sent the pest control they can't rid of them and I'm been here for about 7 months. Overall I think they charge too much for what they offer and the only reason I got this place is because I was caught on a tough situation. Save you money and look around you'll probably find a nicer and even 2 bedroom place for about the same amount of money"
