"Never never never neverrrrr go through this company!! They are SO GRIMEY!! My fiance and I rented for a year through them a few years ago. When we moved in it was left how the previous tenant left it so we had to clean and scrub the walls of the crayon marks. There was a hole in the carpet and stains on carpet that they recognized when we moved in. They stated since we have a dog they weren't going to change the carpet and I agreed to that. Upon moving out they expected my finance to rip up the carpet which he did for them and left it by the dumpster. They took $50 out of our deposit to take it to the dump! Before we were fully moved out and cleaning the place/ carpet getting pulled out, THEY WENT INTO THE APT AND TOOK PICTURES WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE! 4 Days before we turned keys in! When we left it cleaner than how we got it, plus pulling the carpet they wanted us to owe them $80 after taking our deposit. Charging us $500 for carpet replacement that should've been replaced before we moved in!! We had to send a certified letter to them saying we will sue if they don't fix this and that on our deposit receipt and they're reply had the photos they took before we moved out saying that's how we left it!!! When it was SPOTLESS! Thankfully she was dumb enough to send us those photos with the time stamp on them that stated those were taken before we were moved out. Anywho, the judge ruled in our favor and saw right through her scummy ficad. The most grimey people I have ever delt with and it's in clean green Boulder city."
