"I had an ear problem and was having a hard time hearing out of my left ear. I was getting on a plane the next day, and I was afraid that the pressure might hurt me or do damage. Dr. Kent saw me right away and fit me in between his appointments he had scheduled for the day. After a thorough examination, he was able to clear my ear passage, and told me that there was mucus behind my inner ear. He said nasal steroids might help clear it up, but suggested that I just and give it 30 days to clear itself. I decided to go with his suggestion, but went into my spa that evening, and just held my head sideways in the hot water. The next day, my hearing had begun to come back. Within a week I was back to normal. thank you Dr. Kent for the rapid response and your diagnosis was spot on."
