"Not sure where we stand with this service request? After reporting it yes maintenance came in and redirected the water leak into a bucket. We weee told my the office the repair was done outside the window to prevent future leaks but the pictures I took show zero repairs outside the window. Same worn out caulking and paint around the window as all others in the area. We aren’t always there either so not sure if that’s been changed or not but we will be checking it out when we get back. This review could improve or be negatively impacted by what I see when I get back in a couple weeks."
