"If it wasn’t so hard to find somewhere else to go I would have left this place a long time ago. Reception staff have a terrible attitude and are too arrogant for being terrible at their job. Verified an appointment over the phone. The email they sent me has the appointment time on it. Sat on hold for 20 minutes without ever being acknowledged, then was told I had the wrong time. So now instead of wasting 1 hour of PTO I get to waste 2 hours because someone didn’t add a zero on the booked time. No apology. Not even a sorry about that. I’m out here trying to improve my mental health and these dunces make me want to rip my hair out. Job security I guess. That’s how they keep you coming back."

Even though there are multiple Redemption offices in the valley, I travel an hour across town to the Gilbert office which is 100 percent worth it to have Mandy as my provider! "Being depressed and anxious is beyond miserable and Redemption Psychiatry has made both of those areas go away after dealing with its debilitating effects for at least one year and on and off depression for 10+ years. Nathan was great at helping me feel comfortable during my TMS treatments, Kamry was polite, and very sweet during the ketamine appointments, and Dr. Burton was great at answering all my questions. For me, the reason I think it works so good for me was I started feeling relief and healed after about 10 appointments was mainly because I could tell my depression was starting to lift about five days before my TMS treatment started, and this just sped it up much faster. Would I do it again? Without hesitation, I will come back if I ever needed another round to pick me back up."
