"Had a very negative experience at this location with Yvonne and Jessica. They are very rude and disrespectful and have no compassion for anyone. Not welcoming at all very rude especially the nurse Yvonne. She’s very disrespectful I would not recommend this location."

"Alright perhaps I am agitated just know that they Do Not take Walk In . Empty office. Needed eyedrops it would have taken less than 5 minutes. Nope. Got turned away. I am positive I know it because I used to have state insurance. And now I have insurance thru work. We’re not an urgent care. That’s a beautiful response to a patient. That’s fine. I rarely go see a doctor. This office doesn’t suit my life so I will be spending time researching for a new family doctor this time I will do my homework as this place was recommended to me by my OBG doctor. Definitely need to look for a walk in welcome one. This place is more oriented around elderly people. The front desk people definitely are not kind or caring cold and dismissive. I guess it work for them. This place is definitely not my cup of tea! Wish everyone else better luck than I had. But I am definitely calling it to be my last time walking in thru that front door. Looking forward finding me a good doctor office. Hope you have better experience then I had, best of luck!"

"Please train the older receptionist at this location to be more friendly and less passive agressive. She smiles while basically telling you I can’t help you. No empathy or compassion."

"This place is horrible. It takes me three times as long to get back to be seen as it does for the appointment. There is no follow up, no communication, nothing. Used to be Hatfield, was much better then. Village Medical is horrendous. They have a lady crying at the front desk because she has been waiting for hours. The staff doesn’t seem to care, they just keep repeating that “there seems to be an error”. The sad reality is that doctors don’t practice medicine anymore. They practice the insurance’s desire. Be better Village Medical. You are failing."

"Used to be great as Hatfield medical center- now VILLAGE MEDICAL your call center is LACKING and the lack of follow up from scheduling appointments, sending refills, and even getting back to my pharmacist whom I have visibly watched attempt and have had a great working rapport with for over 20 years. Don’t waste your time calling to the call center unless you are trying to make a payment… accepting payment is the only thing they do well. This establishment should get ZERO stars commensurate with the effort given by the people taking calls. They have great practitioners but when your frontline staff represents so poorly it becomes a liability. Also noted on my 3rd in person trip to the office to follow up on my no call backs I had to wait in a line of people who had the SAME NO CALL BACK ISSUES… you’re not fooling anyone!"
