I saw Dr. Knott and she listened to what I had to say, and explained her thoughts on my condition and the possible causes. She was kind, explained things well, and gave me plenty of options for further care since what I need is outside of her scope. I appreciate her knowledge and the time she took to make sure I understood and felt comfortable before I left."

"Extremely rude staff and doctors. Terrible service. They routinely cancel appointments without notifying the patient, but still try to bill our insurance. The doctor has no idea what they're doing and told us out daughter had an ear infection and then another told us she didn't within a few days of each other. Then they refused to see us until we did some extra testing so we listened and got the tests done but they constantly keep calling and harassing my wife and I wondering if we completed the tests. After confirming multiple times that the tests were completed over a month ago, the location of where, and when; they still keep calling daily asking for these tests without ever calling the lab themselves... We shouldn't have to call the lab ourselves as that's not our job. So now we're going in two months of a possible ear infection for our daughter and haven't been able to get properly seen because of the missing test results and them randomly cancelling appointments without our knowledge. Save yourself a headache and literally go to any other place."
