Her and the team made sure I was well educated on the surgery and all the pre surgery testing shows they are serious about your well being. Her pain management protocol is 5 star. I ended up with 3 bars. During surgery I had some issues special to my body and she worked like a boss to make sure I was ok and the bars were set securely. "Dr. J and her team were absolutely amazing!!!! I flew to AZ in April expecting to have 3-4 bars place and a 4+ hour surgery, Dr. J was able to fix my sternum with 2 bars and in only 2.5hours!!!! I had the Cryo done during the procedure and that was probably the best decision I made, besides picking Dr. J!!!! I was in the hospital for 2 days and I am pretty much healed on the outside 3.5weeks later. I behave myself lifting wise, but other than that I feel great!!!! I still take my meds as prescribed by her team, but absolutely no narcotic medications are needed for the discomfort I feel sometimes. It feels like I did the workout of my life, aka muscle soreness.
