"Awful communication. Scheduled an appointment after having serve allergy reactions, and waited 2 weeks for the earliest appointment. I confirmed my appointment via a text messaging system and everything seemed ready to go. Then I showed up to my appointment and the office was closed. After calling to try to get care asap, they told me that the next available appointment is in 10 days… after waiting two weeks already. I’ll go somewhere else."

"Dr Anand and his care is great. Office admin and billing dept not so good. They have billed me multiple times for same date and this sequence repeated atleast 3 times. There billing dept person Michelle is very difficult to reach. When I raised the issue I was given 'courtesy' credit without any explanation on what happened. Someone is doing something wrong here and I don't know where does the extra money go. My advise if you go to this place please make sure you check your billing very closely and monitor it. I did try to ask office lady to give me someone's name who can address this and only name I was given was Michelle Same person who is not easy to reach."

"The staff was very professional and forgiving, since I was a bit late and was still able to see the Doctor. I have always found Dr. Miriam Anand to be extremely thorough and professional. And, she also cares about her patients. That is a quality sorely missing in far too many medical providers. So, I want to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Anand and her staff."

"If I could rate lower I would. This doctor not only spent hundreds of dollars of my out-of-pocket money pursuing conditions I had no symptoms of (asthma), but also prevented me from getting timely treatment for a condition I now know I do have (Lupus). How do I know this, you ask? I waited more than 3 weeks for lab results from this doctor (6 messages asking for results with no response), but the nurse who finally did call said the results were negative. NEGATIVE. I didn’t believe her, so I signed up for the laboratory’s portal myself to review results. Those results CLEARLY stated I needed further testing for Lupus. I called back the next day and dropped the word “malpractice”. Only THEN did I get to speak to my doctor who confirmed I needed a rheumatologist for the likelihood of a Lupus diagnosis. Do you know what it’s like diagnosing yourself with Lupus?! I know how that feels now, thanks to this irresponsible doctor. What if I hadn’t pursued those results myself? Lupus can be fatal when not treated. I am filing a medical board complaint about this doctor and her deeply irresponsible practice. I may pursue litigation. Side note: I have seen a rheumatologist and confirmed a SLE (Lupus) diagnosis. I received a call about my results in 5 days, like it should be. AVOID THIS PRACTICE!!"

"The care I received at Allergy Associates was top notch. I found my doctor there to be knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely concerned about the management of my asthma. I had a horrible cough the first day I visited their office, and with the course of treatment I've received, now I barely cough at all. I recommend this clinic to anyone suffering from allergies and asthma."
