"I went to this clinic years ago and really loved it. I lost nearly 60lbs. The staff was helpful, and I liked the one-on-one with the doctor. But my last visit was not ideal. They moved locations and share a clinic with a family practice. A young child came in with his father and proceeded to pat my leg and point out how "big" I am. I could let the child pass due to his young age, but his father laughed. It was a really uncomfortable situation, especially for someone who is there to deal with my "bigness". The doctor was very detached, not at all concerned with my daily routines. I felt like he was with the family practice and not part of the weight management clinic. I left knowing I would find another clinic in the future."
