Reviews
"I found Dr. Alvi and the staff to be very pleasant and professional."
"Owed $550 by the office, billing has confirmed and authorized the repayment but I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return a voicemail after 2.5 months. Extremely unprofessional. Procedure was also very rough, the doctor and assistant were not on the same page. Do not recommend."
"Appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Dr. Alvi did an excellent job with my procedure and was able to schedule my surgery much earlier than expected. I did have to wait an hour for my scheduled surgery - appeared to be slightly overbooked by quantity of people in the waiting room. Additionally, I was surprised by the discomfort of the procedure itself - would have liked more of a heads up. Post surgery has been excellent with minimal pain."
"Dr. Woodruff was aware of the reason I was seeing him and was focused on fixing that problem. He was not distracted by any other issues that needed some attention."
"If I could give this doctor and his staff a no star, I would. My father had a stroke and is dealing with kidney stones. The front desk yelled at my mother telling her she couldn’t go back with him but he can’t answer questions, so she needed to. Once the dr got into the room, he immediately said my mom “what are you doing in here?” My dad got upset and yelled and they said “call the police”. Side note: my dad had a stroke, can barely walk and uses a cane, can barely lift right hand, pretty sure he’s not a threat. Then told my dad he “didn’t care if he was there.” They told them to leave. Then as they were leaving, one of the staff members said “he’s only acting like this because he’s on oxycodone.” Absolutely uncalled for behavior from a “professional“ doctors office. Would never recommend this dr or his staff and quite frankly, I’ll be reporting the behavior."
